How do I place an order?
Placing an order for any product on our website is quick and simple. As you browse through our website, select the item you would like to purchase, click on quick view or the product. Select the variant that you wish to purchase, enter the desired quantity and add product to your shopping bag.
Checkout: When you’re done shopping, click “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order summary during checkout. As part of the checkout process, you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address.
You can verify your order details before confirming your order. You will be redirected to a third party payment gateway, where you provide your payment details. Once the order process is complete, you will receive an email at your registered ID confirming the order and the shipment.

The product I wish to buy is out of stock? When can I buy?
If a product is out of stock, you can let us know you're interested by emailing us at info@myaistra.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at 7498244844. We'll notify you as soon as it's back in stock.
I received the wrong product? What should I do?
If you’ve received an item in error, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please share an unboxing video that clearly shows the packing slip on the carton, the box being opened, and the product inside.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
If you’ve received a damaged product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please share an unboxing video that clearly shows the following:
• The packing slip on the carton
• Any visible damage to the outer box
• The box being opened
• The damaged product inside

Are there any additional hidden costs on a product?
Absolutely no. There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website on the order confirmation page is what you have to pay and is the final price. Our prices are inclusive of ALL taxes.
Shipping & Delivery Related
How will the items I ordered be delivered and how much does it cost?
We ship our products via courier partners within India and your order will be delivery to the 'shipping address' mentioned while placing the order. Delivery charges maybe applicable and will be shown before the order is placed.
When will the item be delivered?
Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.
For deliveries within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. For other locations, delivery may take 3–10 working days, depending on your area. Please note that public holidays may cause delays.
You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is placed, and another update when it is shipped. Tracking details will be sent to your registered email and contact number.
How can I track the status of my order?
We’ve made it super easy for you to track your order! Just click on the “Track Your Shipment” link in the 'SMART TOOLS' section at the bottom of our website (or click here).
On the tracking page, you can choose from two options:
1. Search by Order ID – Enter your Order ID and registered mobile number.
2. Search by AWB Number – Enter the AWB number sent to you via email.
You’ll also automatically receive your courier tracking details via email and SMS once your order has been shipped.
I have placed an order, but not yet received the shipping confirmation mail with tracking details. What should I do?
If it’s been less than 2 business days since you placed your order, we kindly ask for your patience. If more than 2 business days have passed, feel free to email us at info@myaistra.com or WhatsApp us at 7498244844, we’ll promptly check and update you.
I want to change my delivery address. Can that be done?
You can call us / email us and if your order is not shipped out yet then we will help you out. If the order is already shipped, we'll try our best to change the address but it's also dependent on the courier partner's response. However, we're always here to help is anyway possible.
